There are so many ways to enjoy the humble potato.
For a warming lunch on a cold day, the "Baked Potato" or "Jacket Potato" is a favourite for so many of us!

The potatoes were pre baked in the oven for 60-
Once we had prepared them with our chosen filling we put them back in the oven (200 degrees) for a further 15 minutes until golden brown!
The Jacket Potato!
Each baked potato serves 2 people!
Salt & pepper to season
Slices of cooked ham/chicken
115g Grated Chedder Cheese.
Follow the slide show! Cut each potato along the length. You will see how we scooped out the cooked potato, being careful to preserve the skins as serving dishes! Then we put the meat of choice into the pototo shells, spooned in the seasoned mash and topped with grated cheese. When baked these Jacket Potatoes came out of the oven they didn't last long! Not a dish left in sight!
