Healthy Pizza Snacks

FOR MAKING THE PIZZA DOUGH:

Selected Toppings:

Tinned Tomatoes & Tomato Puree
Cooked Ham
Tinned Pineapple
Corn
Mushroom
Pepperoni
Dried Herbs.
Grated Cheese
Sweet pepper


METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 220 C

  • Mix the tomatoes and the puree and the herbs together.

  • Roll out  small pizza bases: one per person!

  • Spread the tomato mix over each base.

  • Arrange toppings of your choice onto your individual pizza!

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes

  • Remove and serve!

  • Be Careful! The pizzas are hot!



 

GINGER COOKIES

You will need:

100g Butter
8tbs Golden Syrup
100g Soft Brown Sugar
350g Self Raising Flour
2tsp Ground Ginger


Method

  • Preheat the oven: 170C for a fan oven.

  • Melt the butter, sugar and butter in a pot. Leave to cool slightly.

  • Sift the flour and ground ginger into the sugar mixture. Stir well.

  • Make wallnut sized balls of the mixture and arrrange them on a greased baking tray.

  • Flatten Slightly and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  • Cool on a wire rack.

  • ENJOY!
