Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
Pumpkins!
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
Water
Vegetable Pot stock
Herb Infusion Pot
Salt & Pepper

Peel your onions, your potatoes and carrots. Wash, cut and put them into a big pot.
Cut open a pumpkin and take out all of the seeds. Scoop out all of the inside flesh. Add this to your pot.
Add water to cover the chopped vegetables.
Put in the herb infusion potand and season with salt and pepper.
Once that is done add the vegetable stock into the pot.
Put your pot full of food onto the stove. Turn on the stove.
Heat until boiling.
Simmer and slow cook for about an hour.
When an hour has gone by turn off your stove.
Next use a liquidiser or hand blender to puree your vegetables into a soup.
Your soup is now ready!
